Plant care

  • Watering: Water adeniums every 7–10 days, and let the soil dry out. Water more frequently during the warm season, especially in bright light. Water less frequently in cooler temperatures.
  • Light: Place adeniums in a well-lit windowsill, but out of direct sunlight. A south- or west-facing wall is ideal.
  • Temperature: High temperatures and full sun require more water.
  • Growth: Water sparingly during slow growth periods. Increase watering when temperatures and day length increase, and new growth is visible.
  • Seeds: Keep seeds moist while germinating.
