Job Description
  • Get self-acquainted with the products and our business model
  • Contact customers / clients to promote products and services
  • Attend potential clients who are responding to advertisements or advertising/ marketing activities
  • Handle calls and store walk-in customers, explain the product or service and follow up on interaction(s)
  • Schedule appointments for sales and marketing team
  • Maintain detailed database of customer data gathered and calls made on daily basis including response to the product or service offered
  • Maintain daily Expense & Inflow reports
  • Coordinate with the internal team on day to day works and regular activities
  • Coordinate with vendors (existing and new connections) for smooth operations
  • Maintain and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system (bills, invoices and any other necessary documents)
  • Any other work, as assigned by the Management Team, from time to time
Skills Required
  • Establishing and maintaining long lasting and fruitful relationships with each of our customers
  • Good knowledge of computer skills specifically MS Office and Google Docs
  • Excellent communication skills (English, HIndi and Telugu)
  • Pleasant voice and pleasing personality. Proactive in approach
  • Ability to gather information and manage it
  • Self-motivated and ready to work on targets

Job Description
  • Get self-acquainted with the products and our business model.
  • Should have corporate connections and gifting company connections.
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media, direct personal visits, etc.
  • Take up the leads received from the Telecaller/s or our website inquiries received by the Company directly.
  • Business development (B2B) & Lead Generation
    • Organize sales visits and attend meetings on a regular basis
    • Demonstrate and present our business model to customers
    • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
    • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records and regular reporting of customer needs.
  • Always search for the B2B market which is relevant to our products.
  • Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings on behalf of the company.
  • Prepare sales reports and sales proposals.
  • Conduct background checks of the potential customer from relevant sources.
  • If the background check is satisfactory, arrange to prepare & submit quotations after checking with the stores/Purchase Department.
  • Visit the client/ potential client for follow-up and negotiation of vitality.
  • Negotiate contracts and packages.
  • Prepare monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis reports.
  • Aim to achieve monthly, quarterly & annual targets.
  • Arrange to issue instructions regarding delivery.
  • Follow-up for realization of invoices raised and timely payments.
  • Maintain healthy relations with client/s.
  • Identify references from new/existing clients.
  • Handle complaints or concerns with ease and if required escalate to Seniors.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve better results.
  • Any other work, as assigned by the Management Team, from time to time.
Skills Required
  • Graduate/Post graduate with good communication skills - Speaking mandatorily (in all 3 languages - English, Hindi and Telugu) with 1-3 years of relevant experience or sales experience
  • Ready to do target-oriented work
  • Willing to travel outside Hyderabad if requiredWell-groomed and decent appearance
  • Proactive in his/her approach
  • Good knowledge of computer skills specifically MS Office and Google Docs
  • Good planning and time management skills
  • Multitask, prioritize daily workload and meet deadlines
  • Flexible with work timings (if needed)
  • Required 2 wheeler, petrol charges company will provide for official works
