Description

Peace lilies are sturdy, easy to grow plants with glossy, dark green oval leaves that narrow to a point. The leaves rise directly from the soil. These plants also periodically produce lightly fragrant white flowers that resemble calla lilies. The long-lasting, pure white flowers will turn a pale green as they age.

• Water. Potted Peace lilies prefer being under-watered rather than overwatered, so water them only when the top two inches of the potting mix is dry to touch.

• Light – Peace lilies do very well in low-light situations, even flowering with as little as two to four hours of sunlight per day. But they do best in bright, filtered, indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight, which can burn peace lily leaves.
• Prune the dead and dried leaves.
• Give NPK rich fertilizer for every two months.
